How I lost Weight Eating Real Food

When I told my neighbor I lost sixty-five pounds without stepping foot in the gym, she didn’t believe me. When I explained I ate real food and still lost weight, she was floored. She was also surprised as she touted her healthy food list, I ate none of them. I ate healthy foods. The key is eating the right healthy foods and knowing which healthy foods are problematic.
